Getting Started with Data Collection

We’re excited to introduce you to Data Collection (DC), a powerful new feature within Orchestra that revolutionizes the way you acquire sensor data. Data Collection empowers you to tap into the vast potential of the Internet of Things (IoT) by seamlessly integrating any sensor.

Follow the steps below to create your own Data Collection dashboard, getting data from your sensors.

Step 1: Create an account

Follow the How to Get Orchestra guide to make an account, and get Orchestra and Data Collection app.

Step 2: Install OCLI

To continue with your dashboard setup you will be using the ocli – Orchestra command line interface. Follow the Installation guide.

Step 3: Setup a mock dashboard

Follow this simple tutorial to get to know how to set up a mock dashboard and learn what you get at the end – Create a mock dashboard.

Step 4: Get your data into Orchestra Communications
